Job Description:

Responsible for a full spectrum of contract execution and shipping operations to ensure contracts and shipments are executed in accordance with contractual terms;
Provide logistical and commercial operations support to our trading business;
Following up on contractual & shipping claims and demurrage & payment;
Responsible for maintenance of operations records and ensuring that contract execution status is correct and that all relevant data input is correct and timely.

Requirements:

Diploma or University degree;
1-5 years of trade operations experience, preferably in a commodity trading environment involving liquid/bulk tanker operations;
Experienced in handling import/export documents, Letters of Credit and liaising with banks regarding international payments;
Good understanding of international commodity trading contracts;
Knowledge of Incoterms, UCP/ISBP rules, FOSFA and PORAM contract terms, vessel laytime calculation and charter party terms will be an added advantage;
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
